Before turning on the tv or picking up that phone
Or getting all caught up in thought
Regarding whatever form of externality so oft sought
What better thing to do than to Be, all 'alone'
In the silence of Love's presence
With Y/Our essence
When and Where there's the complete togetherness
Of that which IS, everyOne's expansive foreverness
