Give yourself credit
For doing your best
If you must keep score or grade like a test
No longer debit
And do this too
For all those you've known and still do
This is the open space it takes
For healing to take place
Truthfully, actually, factually
It already Has in "Me"
Yet in opening up to truth's actuality; born, again and again, anew
This Always Health then fully becomes known unto You
